Macain Treat is our minister of music at Trinity. He began his work at Trinity in the summer of 2004, as the bass section leader in the Choir. Prior to joining Trinity, Macain was a part of the First Baptist Church of Bellflower music program and served as the tenor section leader at the First Baptist Church of Glendale.

After receiving his B.M. from the U.S.C. Thornton School of Music, Macain has performed the world over with such artists as Quincy Jones, Kurt Elling, Barbara Streisand, Phil Discoll, Bonnie Raitt, John Raitt, Nenna Freelon, Louie Bellson, Barry Manilow, Mock Puppet, Manhattan Transfer and Marilyn McCoo . As an in-demand session vocalist, Macain has been featured on numerous nationally aired spots including, CBS’s Yes Dear , ABC’s Monday Night Football , ABC’s Who Wants To Be a Millionaire , Steven King’s Rose Red , and ABC’s My Wife and Kids .   Along with leading worship at Trinity, Macain is currently working with the International House of Blues Foundation as lead vocalist for the Blues School House and recording an album with the band Mock Puppet.
